Itinerary
Travel Schedule
Day 1- Chennai: A jam-packed first day
Arrive at the Chennai airport/railways station and received by our tour representative who will escort you to the hotel. Enlist yourself at the reception and take some rest in your room. Letterhead out for a sightseeing spree with visits to places like Marina Beach, Kapaleeshwar Temple, Fort St. George, Santhome Cathedral, National Art Gallery, Anna Zoological Park, and People’s Park. Then this tour brings you to Kalakshetra and Theosophical Society, where you can spend the time appreciating, Indian art and culture and nature and serenity. Once done, return to hotel for a comfy overnight stay.
Day 2- Kanchipuram Tour
Wake up to scrumptious morning meal and leave for Mahabalipuram, the renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site. Pay enroute visit to Kanchipuram, and appreciate the marvellous temples and sacred aura of the place. You can also undertake ventures of your choice to know about the famous souvenirs, especially sarees, of Kanchipuram. These, extravagant halt is furthered by journey to Mahabalipuram. Upon reaching the place, check in to your hotel and retire for the night.
Day 3- Mahabalipuram: Departure
Savour the last meal of this trip and then set off for a guided sightseeing tour of Mahabalipuram. Witness the famous attractions like Mahishasurmardini Caves, Shore Temple, Krishna Mandapam and Arjuna's Penance, Panch Rathas, Crocodile Farm, School of Art & Sculpture and Snake Venom Extracting Center.
