Itinerary
Travel Schedule
Day 1- Arrival: Srinagar
Start the first day of your Kashmir Family Package for 5 Days. Arrive at Srinagar airport and meet the travel assistant. Proceed to the luxurious hotel, check in and relax till afternoon. After releasing lethargy, head out for sightseeing in the afternoon and cover magnificent spots like Mughal Gardens visiting Cheshmashahi (the Royal Spring), Nishat (The Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar (The Abode of Love) & famous Shankaracharya temple followed by 1 hour peaceful Shikara ride on the Dal lake. Return to the hotel afterwards and enjoy overnight.
Day 2- Excursion: Pahalgam
Have a scrumptious breakfast and head out from the hotel to explore Pahalgam located at a height of 7200 feet above sea level. Also known as ‘Valley of Shepherds’, Pahalgam is surrounded by alpine peaks and saffron fields. The second day of 4 night 5 days kashmir family tour package covers the world famous Saffron growing fields, Awantipora ruins & the serene Sun Temple. Pahalgam is also famous for Indian film industry, thrilling trekking routes & base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. Return back to Srinagar for overnight stay in hotel.
Day 3- Excursion: Gulmarg
Kickstart the 3rd day of your Kashmir Family Package for 5 Days by having a hearty breakfast and proceed to Gulmarg located on a booming height of 8700 feet above sea level. Visit the famous Golf Course during summer, one of the highest golf courses in the world. During winter, the fantabulous ski resort is visited. Explore the ‘Meadow of flowers’ till evening before returning to Srinagar. After reaching Srinagar, enjoy the wondrous Shikara ride till the beautiful houseboat in the middle of the water where you will be staying overnight with family.
Day 4- Arrival: Sonmarg
The 4th day of your 4 night 5 days kashmir family tour package includes transfer to Sonmarg, a beautiful city located amid Sindh valley stream with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Have a nutritious breakfast and proceed to visit this amazing destination. It is the base for some of the thrilling treks to the high altitude of Himalayan lakes. Enjoy horse riding up to Thajiwas glacier and sledge riding on snow. Enjoy full day with family and have an happening day before proceeding to the hotel. Stay overnight in hotel.
Day 5- Departure
