Itinerary
Travel Schedule
Day 1- Srinagar: Arrival and Sightseeing
Your exploration in Kashmir starts with your arrival at the Srinagar airport. On arrival, meet our travel representative and proceed towards the hotel in Srinagar. Check-in at the hotel and freshen up. Visit all the beautifully landscaped, lush green Mughals gardens of Srinagar including Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh and Cheshma Shahi and stroll around enjoying these architectural marvels majestically depicting Islamic architecture. After this, pay a visit to the famous Shankaracharya Temple, a Hindu place of worship dedicated to Lord Shiva. Later in the evening, enjoy the Shikara ride on the Dal Lake and spend the night at the cozy houseboat after a heavenly dinner.
Day 2- Srinagar: Gulmarg Tour
Have breakfast and head towards Gulmarg. Enjoy a lush breakfast and head to Gulmarg, one of the best skiing destinations in the world. Here, visit the golf course at an altitude of 2730 meters above mean sea level. You can also enjoy the gondola ride (cable car ride) up to Khilanmarg at your personal expense and enjoy strikingly beautiful panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges drapes in layers of snow. Later in the evening, return to Srinagar. Have a scrumptious dinner at the hotel and catch up a sound sleep in the warm room of the hotel.
Day 3- Srinagar: Sonmarg Sightseeing
Kick start the day with a healthy breakfast and get ready for the excursion trip to Sonmarg. Sonmarg is abundantly blessed with pristine lakes, mighty glaciers, alluring passes and picturesque rivers. The carpet of golden yellow alpine flowers is indeed a visual delight here. Visit all the major places of attractions here and get back to the hotel in Srinagar for a delectable dinner and comfortable overnight stay.
Day 4- Sringar: Pahalgam Sightseeing
Savor a delicious breakfast at the hotel in Srinagar. Then, proceed towards Pahalgam for sightseeing. Pahalgam is a peaceful town perfect beautifully on the banks of River Lidder. Visit the sprawling Betaab Valley, a perfect camping site for explorers. As a part of the itinerary, you can then proceed for sightseeing to Chandanwari glacier point and Aru valley by local taxi and enjoy the mesmerizing beauty around. In the evening, get back to the hotel in Srinagar. Enjoy pleasant conversations with your family over a luscious dinner on this penultimate day and wind off the day with a peaceful sleep.
Day 5- Srinagar: Departure
Enjoy a tasty breakfast and check-out from the hotel. Proceed towards the airport and embark your homebound journey with an extra backpack of colorful and happy memories from this Kashmir trip.
