Itinerary
Travel Schedule
Day 01- Arrival in Kochi and Drive to Munnar
After your arrival at Cochin International Airport or Kochi station, you will be received by our local tour representative. Start your Kerala family package for 4 days by driving for about four hours through the scenic Western Ghats. Let the cool breeze coming off the waterfalls such as Valara and Cheeyappara and aroma of tea estates enliven your family holidays in Kerala. After reaching Munnar in the afternoon, check into your hotel and unwind for a while. Take the evening to hit the local markets with your family and explore the hill station at your own pace. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 02- Munnar Sightseeing Tour
After a delicious breakfast with your loved ones, head out to Eravikulam National Park for a morning safari to spot Nilgiri Tahr (a species of mountain goat). As per Kerala family tour itinerary, enjoy the jungle safari through dense forests in a park bus. Visit Tata Tea Museum with your family to learn the nuances of tea processing and sample different flavors of tea. After exploring tea plantations of Munnar, take your children to visit Rose Garden, click family portraits at Photo Point, enjoy boating or picnic at Mattupetty Dam, and admire sweeping views from Elephant Arrival Point and Echo Point. A visit to the dairy farm at Indo-Swiss Project in Munnar is one of the main highlights of your Kerala family tour packages. After a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar, return to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03- Drive from Munnar to Alleppey
After a wholesome breakfast with your family, check out from the hotel in Munnar. Head towards Alleppey as planned by our Kerala family tour itinerary. Enjoy the transformation of landscapes from evergreen hills to the calm lagoons and lakes. Check into a houseboat in Alleppey and freshen up. Begin your houseboat cruise on the backwaters of Alleppey through quaint villages and landmarks. Savor a delectable traditional dinner that is served onboard and spends the night on the houseboat.
Day 04- Transfer to Kochi and Goodbye Kerala
After a hearty breakfast with your loved ones on the houseboat, pack your bags for a drive to Kochi. You will be dropped at the Kochi airport/railway station as this Kerala 4 days package comes to an end. Catch your flight/train back home with wonderful memories of Kerala holidays.
