Itinerary
Travel Schedule
Day 01- Rajkot: Arrival and Check-in
You will be picked from the Ahmedabad Airport / Railway Station and then leave for Rajkot. Check in to the hotel and rest for a while. Then you will visit different tourist attractions like the Watson Museum, Prem Mandir, Lal Pari Lake, Ramakrishna Ashram, Swaminarayan Temple, and the Ishwariya Temple. Stay overnight.
Day 02- Dwarka: Arrival
After breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for Dwarka. On the way, visit Jamnagar and check different tourist spots that include Lakhota Lake and the Bala Hanuman Temple. As you reach Dwarka, after some rest you will head for Okhan for traveling to Beyt Dwarka. Come back to Dwarka and visit the Dwarkadheesh Temple. Stay overnight at Dwarka.
Day 03- Somnath: Arrival and Sightseeing
On this day, leave early for Somnath and visit Porbandar which is en route. It is the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. Here visit the Sudamapuri Temple, the three-story house where Mahatma Gandhi was born back in 1869. Bharat Mandir is also a popular destination in Porbandar. Upon reaching the hotel in Somnath, freshen up and visit the Somnath Temple for evening aarti. Also, enjoy the Light and Sound show. Stay overnight.
Day 04- Somnath: Sightseeing
Leave for the Somnath temple in the morning after breakfast at the hotel. Your next destination will be the Triveni Ghat that is really close to the temple and is the meeting point of the “Hiren” ”Kapila” and ”Saraswati”. If you want, you can also visit the Bhalka Tirth, the place where Lord Krishna is believed to have renounced his earthly Body. Stay overnight at the hotel in Somnath.
Day 05- Somnath: Departure
Toda after finishing your breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Porbandar. You will be dropped at the Airport.
