Itinerary
Travel Schedule
Day 01- Cochin arrival: Alleppey
Upon arrival at the Cochin Airport/ railway station, you will be met by our representative and transferred to Alleppey. Enroute enjoy the sights of the azure backwaters, of houseboats floating in the peaceful waters lined with beautifully swaying palm trees. This is a 4-hour drive and you will cross many scenic villages and paddy fields along the way. Enjoy every moment of the drive. Upon arrival at Alleppey check in at your hotel and freshen up. You are scheduled to visit the beautiful Kuttanadan region later in the day. This region is famous for its rice cultivation. In the evening witness the most mesmerizing sunset and enjoy the Alleppey beaches. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 02- Houseboat Stay
Post breakfast check out of your hotel and get ready to check in at a houseboat. Spend a leisurely day at the houseboat while it cruises along the backwaters of this beautiful land. All meals are provided at the houseboat while you can enjoy a blissful evening sitting on the sundeck away from the cares of polluted and crowded cities. Spend the night in the houseboat and enjoy the sights and sounds of water splashing and stars twinkling in the night sky.
Day 03- Alleppey: Departure
Post breakfast check out of houseboat and you will be dropped at the Cochin airport/railway station for onward journey.
